Waev required a dealer platform capable of supporting multiple brands while connecting customer-facing workflows directly with sales, service, quoting, logistics, and internal operations.

Anablock built and enhanced a comprehensive dealer ecosystem using Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. Dealers can log in, configure orders, and generate Quotes and Quote Line records connected directly with Opportunities and standard Account hierarchies.

The platform goes beyond traditional dealer ordering. An AI-powered Email-to-Case workflow extracts information from inbound PDF attachments and automatically creates Quote records, reducing manual data entry. Custom Lightning Web Components and Aura components securely surface AWS-hosted invoices inside the dealer portal, while ARI Parts integration provides centralized access to parts information.

We also integrated Salesforce with Boomi and UF to provide real-time shipping links and order status visibility. Apex Batch processes automate open-order reporting and distribute Excel reports to stakeholders. Case Management, automated follow-up emails, redesigned email templates, and custom sales performance reporting support both dealer service and Waev's internal teams.

The result is a connected enterprise platform that brings dealer workflows, sales operations, service, reporting, external data, and automation into a single Salesforce environment.
